Lovely garden view room, perfect for summer stays.
I was disappointed by the damp smell in the room, which lingered due to a leak that hadn't been properly addressed. Despite the heating being on full blast, the cold air from the outer door and windows made it quite uncomfortable. the location was tricky to find, which added to my frustration after a long day of travel.

I had a boss stay! Debbie made me feel right at home and the breakfast was spot on – loads of fresh fruit and proper cooked food. Just wished there was better parking, but overall, dead sound place to stop over!

amazing, amazing, amazing
The breakfast was enormous, featuring fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, and croissants cooked to perfection. The comfortable bed in the Double Room with Garden View was a dream, complemented by a well-sized TV and impeccable internet service. Debbie was an exceptional host, always accommodating our requests and making us feel right at home.
would recommend 😊❤️

oh, where to begin? the decor was so tired it practically begged for a retirement home, and the glass door on the room felt like a bad joke. being treated like any ol' guest was a real disappointment when i expected better. such a letdown when i anticipated some kind of special upgrade. almost thought about a good review, but just couldn’t.

perfectly situated for city strolls and park explorations
I truly enjoyed my stay with an easy walk to Victoria Park, just 500 meters away, and a delightful stroll to Conningbrook Lakes Country Park, which is about 3.5 km from the hotel, making it a great base for someone like me who loves exploring and enjoying nature.

Warm hospitality made for a memorable stay, enhanced by a cozy, spacious room with lovely decor. The breakfast was nothing short of indulgent, featuring a remarkable array of fresh options, including fruits and croissants. Despite the quiet location, it was sometimes tricky to find, and parking was limited. the inviting atmosphere and personal touches from the host made up for any minor inconveniences.
